The Organizing Committee of VPO26 invites companies and institutions to participate in the Meeting by sponsoring the event. Below are the various sponsorship options we offer (tax not included). The deadline for registration/communication for sponsorships (collaborators, exhibitors, and other special actions) is June 1, 2026.
Collaborating Entity with Registration (€750)
This sponsorship includes full registration for one delegate at the Meeting and the company logo prominently displayed on the congress website, linked to the company’s website.
Standard and Premium Exhibitors (€1200 and €2000)
During VPO’26, a Commercial Exhibition will run concurrently with the participation of interested companies and institutions. The exhibition area will be in a transit area adjacent to the symposium rooms and scientific sessions.
The contribution for a standard exhibitor is €1200 and includes 1 full registration, space for one table/stand, power outlets, etc. The contribution for a premium exhibitor is €2000 and includes 2 full registrations, space for 2 tables/stands, power outlets, etc. In both cases, the logo of the collaborating company with the exhibitor will appear prominently on the VPO website and social media, linked to the company’s website. Companies with exhibitors may present their findings at the Meeting within the “New Technology in
Vision Science” session.
Collaborating Entity without Delegate Registration (€500/€350, platinum/gold categories)
The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the congress website with mention of the contribution type (scaled in size and position for platinum/gold).
Sponsor a coffee break (€500)
The sponsor’s logo will appear in the designated slot in the Meeting program referring to the break, and posters mentioning this fact will be included in the corresponding area.
Sponsor the congress gala dinner (€1500)
The sponsor’s logo will appear in the designated slot in the Meeting program referring to the dinner, and posters mentioning this fact will be included in the corresponding area.
The Organizing Committee welcomes proposals for other types of sponsorships and collaborations outside of the above offer, which will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis while maintaining proportionality with existing options.
